It was designed to install the AdobePS PostScript Printer Driver on Windows'95, Windows'98, and Windows'ME as well as a special version of the AdobePS PostScript Printer Driver on Windows NT 4.0. To expand on the previous response, what you tried to install was an Adobe PostScript Printer Driver Installer dating back to 2002 in terms of its last update.
